Once you are logged into Onpatient, you can select your upcoming visit. (First Select Appointments from the tabs on top and then Click on the date of the upcoming visit).
Then proceed to check in online. This can be done in advance of the appointment at any time!
Make sure you scroll to the bottom to complete the policies and procedures.
Yes! If you have a statement that has been sent to you that can be paid online with the patient portal. Once logged in, go to the Billing tab. There you can view your statements, add a credit card and pay any outstanding balances.
Ofcourse! Just go to the messages tab and click 'Send Message'. Click on the recipient dropdown box and select your provider. Please be aware these messages are not a good way to convey urgent messages. Please call 911 in an emergency if you cannot reach us immediately at our office number.
Lab results and other documents are not sent to the patient portal by default. However, if you call our staff and request a document, then we can send it through to the portal. Just give the office a call
